Twitter will now have paid tweets appear higher up in search results. Although we may not see them at first because the start of the project is aimed at less than 10% of their users, and you may not see them at all unless you do a search, or someone you follow if the advertiser, or retweets it. It will look in all ways like a normal tweet for now. All the same, some users are in a tizzy, so here is a nice Q&A I found useful.
